PRO PERFORMANCE PHILOSOPHY

Pro Performance Sports Network offers a range of services catering for children aged 18 months – 16 years.

All Pro Performance activities will focus on your child as an individual and their development needs.

We will give them a safe, secure environment to be creative, take risks and feel confident to learn at their own pace over the long term. Every player and parent will always be made to feel part of the Pro Performance family.

PROGRAMMES

Football Tots: Indoor football sessions for children aged 18 months – 4 years.
Saturday Soccer Club: Saturday morning football for children aged 4-10 years.
PPFA Foundation: Weekly development centre for children of all abilities aged 6-11 years
PPFA Academy: Invite only programme with weekly training and academy games for under 8 – 12’s
PPFA Futsal: Weekly Futsal sessions for children of all abilities aged 10-14 years
1-2-1’s: position specific, individual or small group sessions available
Holiday Camps: Open to boys and girls aged 4-12 years, also welcoming non Pro Performance members
Schools: Delivering PPA, PE lessons, after school clubs, wrap around care, holiday provisions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All booked sessions must be paid for, regardless of your child’s attendance. Fees are non-refundable in the event of your child’s absence.

Fees

– £75 Registration Fee (on acceptance into the Academy, Foundation or Futsal programmes) payable as a one off non-refundable fee upon joining. This fee covers full kit and membership. Not applicable for Football Tots, Saturday Soccer Club, 1-2-1’s or Holiday Provision.
– Monthly subscription fee (on acceptance into the Academy, Foundation, Saturday Soccer Club, Footy Tots or Futsal programmes), prices & discounts

Football Tots: Monthly direct debit plus no joining fee.
Saturday Soccer Club: Sessions bookable via online platform, monthly blocks or individually.
PPFA Foundation: Monthly direct debit plus joining fee.
PPFA Academy: Monthly direct debit plus joining fee.
PPFA Futsal: Monthly direct debit plus joining fee.
1-2-1’s: Payable in advance, rates vary.
Holiday Camps: Bookable via online platform, individual days, or whole weeks.
Schools: Various fees/payment methods.

Fees are also non-refundable in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as poor weather, issues we deem to be detrimental to the Health & Safety of our coaches and players, or if we are delayed or prevented in performing our obligations by an event of force majeure. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the Directors.

Every Pro Performance Player:

1. Must be signed up to our monthly credit/debit card payment plan, this guarantees the child’s place with Pro Performance. (The monthly payments cover 46 weeks of the year. Pro Performance is closed on Bank Holidays and over a two-week period for Christmas and New Year, any additional free weeks to be communicated per programme guaranteeing 46 weeks of delivery aside from the free weeks).

2. Must purchase a full Pro Performance Kit for Foundation, Academy and Futsal programmes (provided by Pro Performance once registration fee is paid). This kit must be worn to ALL Pro Performance sessions the child attends. Replacement kit can be ordered via the online shop.

3. Must attend a minimum of one (1) session a week, if absent this must be communicated prior to the session beginning.

4. Must make the full monthly payment in cash if their credit/debit card payment fails.

5. Must add a new credit/debit card to their account on expiry or failure of their primary payment card.

A player’s place at a Pro Performance is conditional upon the above Terms & Conditions being adhered to at all times

CANCELLATIONS

Please note there is a one month programme fee cancellation fee per player which covers our administration fee and your notice period.

To cancel a subscription, please contact us via email at info@properformancesports.co.uk stating your name, contact number, child(s) name, child(s) DOB, programme attended including venue and your reason for leaving.

Please note you need to give a months notice to cancel. Your child may still attend during this notice period.

If after cancelling you then wish to re-instate a place within our programme, a) this place cannot be guaranteed to still be available and b) a £15 reactivation administration fee will apply.

You have 7 days to confirm your cancellation and all outstanding balances must be cleared.
